With plenty of experience in Contract Administration and Project Management, RMA Surveyors Ltd supervise and manage building contracts for both residential and commercial clients.

We act on behalf of an employer to oversee works and liaise with building contractors to ensure works are completed on time, to budget and to a reasonable standard. We oversee Section 20 cyclical maintenance and repair contracts on behalf of leaseholders and freeholders for a number of managing agents. We liaise with Building Regulations departments and private approved inspectors and local authority planning departments as well as specialists, such as mechanical and electrical consultants, structural engineers and CDM advisors.

We use our professional skill, expertise and understanding of buildings and construction to administer and contracts to a satisfactory conclusion. Once a project has been designed and specified we begin the process of procurement, usually via competitive tender.

We manage the construction phase of the project, chairing regular site meetings, dealing with issues arising, certifying works for payment and monitoring the overall quality of the build. Finally we certificate works to show they have been satisfactorily completed and oversee any outstanding issues are dealt with after completion.
